HOW DO THE LEVELS WORK?

Q. I can't seem to find an explanation of the two terms, confirmed and qualified. Can you explain?

A. When your gift is received, you are then "confirmed? by the person who receives the gift.
When you get your first person (your qualifier) then you are "Qualified".

You must "Qualify" in all 3 levels.

Q. I have invited 3 people but they cannot enroll!
What is going on?

A. Here is what needs to be done:
1. Be sure you paid your hosting fee.
2. Be sure you are now showing as "confirmed" in your back office.
3. If you have invited someone they MUST be confirmed or deleted before you can enter anyone else.
You must be qualified in at least one level before you can invite a second person. So, what needs to happen is that your first person, your qualifier, needs to be confirmed.
When the gift from #1 is received and is confirmed you are qualified.
Your hosting fee must also be paid. When both are done, enroll to your hearts content.

Q. If A comes in at only the first level ($500) and they invite another person B in and B comes in at 3 levels. I know that B's gifts would go to the person that invited A into the club. However, if A again invites another person C and C comes in at all 3 levels -where would the gifts of $1,000 and $2,000 go to since A has not qualified for those 2 levels?

A. Awe -- Take a guess. In your example, A has not yet qualified. You can only receive a gift when you are qualified to receive gifts on that level. So, for C, D, E, etc. -- all $1000 and $2000 gifts will go up to the first qualified person, most likely the person who invited A. Can you see how important it is to get qualified as soon as possible?

Q. When a new member invites in his first person, say at the $500 level, as a qualifier, who goes to his inviter, can the new member immediately build his own future receiving lines and receive gifts?

A. When a new member is qualified at the $500 level, he may then immediately build his own future receiving lines and receive gifts for the $500 level.

Q. What does it mean, "you must qualify in all 3 levels"? I thought bringing in one person who goes to your inviter is your qualifying commitment, is that true?

A. "You must qualify in all 3 levels" means exactly that. Each member must qualify on each level, the $500, the $1000 and the $2000. To Qualify you must give one-up to your inviter (or the next person that is qualified). This Qualifier may be the same person for all 3 levels, it may be 2 different people or it could be 3 different people, though it is usually the same person for all 3 levels.

Q. In the last answer, it is stated that Fred, after sending his qualifier to his inviter, can build his own receiving lines and will receive all future gifts from that point on.... What if Fred's qualifier is at the $500 level?

A. If Fred is Qualified at only the $500 level, he can only receives gifts at the $500 level.

Q. You go on to say, Fred is qualified. Qualified for what?

A. Again, being Qualified means that you have given your gift and you have invited your first person and given them up... hence the ONE-UP. Being Qualified means that you can now receive gifts on the level that you are qualified for.

Q. It is also stated that his qualification does not have any effect on his status at $1,000 or $2,000 levels. Fred remains confirmed, but is not qualified at the $1,000 and $2,000 until he invites a qualifier at each of those levels. What does that mean?

A. The person that Fred invited in your example came in at only the $500 level. Fred is qualified at the $500 level ONLY. It has NO effect on his $1000 or $2000 level. Fred must now get a Qualifier for both the $1000 and the $2000 level.

Q. Does Fred need to bring 3 qualifiers? I thought Fred was qualified when he gave up ONE new person to his inviter.

A. Again, Each level, the $500, the $1000 and the $2000 are separate and each needs a qualifier! That is one for each level for a total of 3. This can be the same person and usually is, 2 different people or possibly even 3 different people!

Q. What if your first qualifier was at the $500 level? Your next qualifier was at the $1,000. Then shortly thereafter, your qualifier at $500 upgrades to $3,500. How does the money and qualification work out?

A. Great question! In your example, let us call this person Tom. Tom was your qualifier at the $500 level. When Tom enrolls in the $2k level, he is YOUR qualifier and goes up. When Tom enrolls in the $1k level, you are already qualified. In this situation, Tom now becomes a receiving line for you.

Q. If I am in the $500 and $1,000 only and I give up my first person in those two levels and then I have some one join at $3,500 do I get credit for the $2,000 that roll up?

A. No because you have to do Two things in each level, give up your gift and give up your first person after you have given your gift. You have to upgrade first and then give up your first one at $2,000 after that in order to be qualified. Anything you gave up before you were in those levels doesn?t count.
